A Note from our Executive Director:
I was a classroom teacher in Nashville inner city schools for three years, and I was constantly blown away by the talent uncovered in my classroom. These students could sing and dance better than Beyonce herself! Sadly, the heartbreaking reality was that their talents remained veiled due to the lack of performing opportunity. I decided that needed to change.
Seed to Mountain Musicals is partnering with Tom Joy Elementary school by putting on both a Christmas and Spring production. Performing in a musical is a life changing experience. It fosters teamwork, diligence, confidence, character, camaraderie, and leadership. The hard work required to be in an outstanding musical is guaranteed to leave a lasting impact on these students, and they will be forever changed! I am thrilled to be providing children with the chance to shine and showcase their talents, and I promise you will be blown away!
